MEC was established in 1988 as a specialised manufacturer of High Precision Rolling Elements. Since the beginning, we have consistently demonstrated the ability to meet the most stringent quality standards by constantly upgrading our facilities and investing in R & D activities. Today, we are proud to be associated with major OEMs in the Indian and international market, with a strong presence in aftermarket as well.

MEC is capable of producing precision rolling elements involving close dimensional tolerances (Needle Rollers & Cylindrical Rollers) to cylindrical pins which can be used as Shaft / Axle in variety of applications.

Milestones

1988

Conceived by the Managing Director, catalysed by over 15 years of synergistic collaboration with eminent global manufacturers, the company embarked on the establishment of a state-of-the-art Needle Roller manufacturing facility, with an initial production capacity of 24 million units annually.
1994

MEC Bearings Pvt. Ltd. was formally incorporated, followed by the relocation of the manufacturing plant to Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. This transition was complemented by an extensive expansion of the facility, augmenting the production capacity to 120 million units annualy.
1998

In response to the liberalization of the market, the company inaugurated its Export Department, efficiently servicing international markets by offering high-quality products at competitive price points, thereby securing a formidable presence on the global stage.
2004

MEC Bearings achieved the esteemed ISO 9001:2000 certification, a testament to its unwavering commitment to excellence in quality management systems.
2006

The Executive Director, armed with substantial technical acumen and a visionary strategic perspective, joined the company as Business Development Engineer, where he played a pivotal role in propelling its global recognition and expansion, whilst upholding its intrinsic core values and cultural ethos.

2011

The company further enhanced its manufacturing capabilities with the commissioning of the Kaharani plant, elevating production capacity to an impressive 1500 million units annually.
2015

MEC Bearings attained the ISO 14001 certification, underscoring its dedication to environmental sustainability and responsible manufacturing practices.
2017

The company diversified its product portfolio by introducing Cylindrical Rollers, a milestone which resulted in an unparalleled surge in production capacity, reaching 2000 million units annually.
2022

MEC Bearings achieved the distinguished IATF 16949 certification, solidifying its commitment to excellence in quality management systems within the automotive industry.
2025

A new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant was constructed and commissioned, boasting an installed capacity of 3000 million units annually, further cementing the company's position as a leader in the bearing elements manufacturing industry.
